Baby Ballet 3-6 Years
Learning basic ballet techniques, movement and posture work while having fun too. It’s not too strict and they will need outfits if they like the class.
Disco and Freestyle
On throughout the week, learning routines to chart music. Dance like they do on the pop videos, choose a class to suit your age and day
A slow dance technique class for those wanting to learn lyrical modern pieces incorporating contemporary, freestyle and ballet dance
A different way to get fit, learn dance routines and have fun in a friendly warm atmosphere. Two great classes at beginner and advanced levels.
Latin and Ballroom
Young beginners strictly come dancing for 6 years plus. Learning waltz, jive, cha cha, tango etc. Graded and exams if wanted every 6 months
Pre School Mini Movers
Full dance warm-up. Learn small basic dance routines from Lazytown, Hanna Montana, Pizza Hut, etc. We incorporate dance into everyday nursery rhymes and encourage children to have fun with music. We take children from 2 years and up and parents can either join in or relax in our reception area. Children receive a free drink.
Boogie Bounce XTreme
A fun and exciting way to burn calories and get fit without the added stress and impact on the joints and limbs. Each client has their own trampette to boogie on and take at your own pace. These 45 minute classes an all over body workout reaching a 600kcal burn workout each time.
Youth Theatre 11-16 Yrs
Drama is now one of the most popular subjects to follow at GCSE as it builds self-esteem and excellent social skills. Regardless of experience, this class will use a range of acting techniques and tips, both scripted pieces and improvisations workshops and games allowing young people the chance to shine. Whether it’s just for fun or future careers, this class will support anyone studying or interested in drama and the performing arts.
Learning moves such as six step, windmill, head/back spins, worm. Learn different types of break dance such as fluid, robot, popping and locking etc. This is more technical and some dance background is needed. Trainers and dancewear are a must.
Drama Young Performers 6-10 Yrs
This is a fantastic opportunity for children as, through a range of drama and games, improvisations and workshops, this class is guaranteed to be fun, creative and imaginitive, improve speaking and listening skills and give children confidence and self belief.
Street Dance and Hip Hop
Learning street dance and hip-hop with added break dance tricks. For boys and girls. Dance like Usher and Beyonce! Classes get full quickly so you may need to go on a waiting list for certain days.
Working towards demonstration, exams or just for fun! Learning cheerleading routines and chants with aerobatics and lifts. Footwear is a must!
Tiny Tappers 3 Years plus
Classes for juniors, seniors and adult at beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Working on medal tests throughout the year or just a fun way to keep fit for adults.
Adult Fitness Class
Fitness classes are available for both men and women. Check out the timetable – we have everything from Bums and Tums, Aerobics and Zumba
Prelim and Graded Ballet
Junior ballet and grade work must be over 7 years of age.
